Responsibilities

Deliver IV therapies, injections, and specialist treatments in patients' homes.
Manage a caseload of approximately 45 patients per day.
Educate and support patients and their families.
Work with NHS partners and multidisciplinary teams.
Maintain accurate clinical records and high professional standards.
