Remote Community Moderator for Major Gaming Client – Work from Home, English and French

We are looking for a bilingual moderator (English & French) to provide email and chat support for a leading gaming and entertainment company. This role is 100% remote and paid by the hour, allowing you to earn while spending time in the gaming community you love.

Requirements
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English and French.
  • Strong reading comprehension with familiarity of gaming terminology, slang, and context.
  • High level of cultural sensitivity and an understanding of regional nuances.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Core Responsibilities
  • Engage with players on community channels (forums, Discord, Facebook, X/Twitter, R6M, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Craft personal, appropriate, on‑brand responses to players while maintaining positive customer experience.
  • Apply client moderation guidelines and take appropriate actions on the assigned channels.
  • Coordinate activities and actions with team members and client representatives.
  • Follow escalation pathways for sensitive or critical content per client policy.
  • Adapt to changing role requirements and evolve moderation strategies over time.

  • Patience and empathy – maintaining a professional attitude in all interactions.
  • Self‑motivated, outstanding problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure without direct supervision.
  • Excellent written, listening, and verbal communication skills.
