Coventry City Council is seeking a compassionate professional to join their Home Treatment Team, focusing on individuals facing homelessness and mental health challenges. This fixed-term role requires excellent teamwork and relationship-building skills, with a commitment to supporting recovery and wellness in the community.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with individuals experiencing homelessness, mental health crises, and at risk of psychiatric inpatient admission. You will join a team based in a busy Home Treatment Team that promotes the bio-psycho-social model of mental disorder, and your role will be intrinsic in promoting the social model of practice.
Your work will be stimulating and challenging, working closely with NHS and Local Authority Homelessness Services, including commissioned and non-homelessness accommodation providers, as well as an experienced team of Social Workers, AMHPs, Psychiatrists, Nurses, Support Workers, and other partner agencies.
