This is an exciting opportunity to work with individuals experiencing homelessness, mental health crises, and those at risk of psychiatric inpatient admission. You will join a busy Home Treatment Team promoting the bio-psycho-social model of mental disorder, emphasizing the social model of practice. Your work will be stimulating and challenging, collaborating closely with NHS and Local Authority Homelessness Services, including commissioned and non-homelessness accommodation providers, as well as an experienced team of Social Workers, AMHPs, Psychiatrists, Nurses, Support Workers, and partner agencies.
