  • Social Media Management: Strategize and execute social media campaigns to increase the visibility of BloodHound Community Edition and SpecterOps open-source tools. Monitor trends and conversations in the cybersecurity space to inform content and engagement strategies.
  • Event Coordination: Monitor opportunities for SpecterOps at open-source conferences, community meetups, webinars, and podcasts. Organize events that promote knowledge sharing and community building, in collaboration with internal and external teams & groups
  • Feedback Integration: Gather and analyze feedback from the community to inform product development and improvement. Advocate for community needs within the organization to ensure our offerings align with user expectations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and support teams to align community initiatives with business objectives. Provide insights and recommendations based on community interactions and feedback.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices. Experience with open-source security tools, particularly BloodHound, is highly desirable. The ideal candidate is an active contributor to one or more open-source identity or cybersecurity products.
  • Proven ability to create engaging written and visual content. Experience with video production and editing tools is a plus. The ideal candidate has a blog or YouTube channel that resonates with the security community.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Comfortable presenting to diverse audiences, both online and in-person.
  • Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms and executing successful engagement strategies. The ideal candidate has a track record of building a following in the security community.
  • Ability to analyze community metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Collaborative attitude with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Desire to embody our core values of passionate curiosity, consistent improvement, empathy, sustainability, humility, and empowerment through transparency
