Overview

At Compass Associates, we’re excited to partner with one of the UK’s most dynamic providers of private healthcare, specialising in community care within Mental Health and Complex Care. We are recruiting a New Business and Relationship Manager to support the growth of their Mental Health division nationwide.

The Role

As the New Business and Relationship Manager, you will focus on expanding mental health services across the UK, managing relationships with ICBs, commissioners, and other stakeholders. This role involves travel nationwide, attending industry events, and visiting clients, with a hybrid working model based in West Sussex.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare or social care business development, experience with NHS commissioners and ICBs, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You should have an established network within the mental health sector, knowledge of funding models, and understanding of CQC regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential.
