YOUR MISSION
We are seeking a community lead for our upcoming MMORPG! The ideal candidate will immerse themselves in the game, the community, and content, staying attuned to community needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build a vibrant, enthusiastic community around web3 gaming.
- Design engaging experiences on our Discord to increase community engagement.
- Create and manage multiple Discord servers, including strategic planning and bot integrations.
- Address potential issues affecting project revenue, such as player unrest, exploits, and technical problems.
- Identify key community members for collaborations, investment, and press opportunities.
- Liaise with game and marketing teams for events.
REQUIREMENTS
- Acceptance into, attendance, or graduation from a competitive 4-year college program.
- Public speaking experience (e.g., personal podcast, debate club, YouTube micro-influencer).
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with social media, live streaming, and digital content.
- Native English speaker.
- Located in North America, South America, Korea, Japan, Singapore, or Taiwan.
DESIRABLE
- Experience with social media management tools like Hubspot.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Hubspot.
- Experience as a content creator or micro-influencer.
- Ability to speak Korean or Mandarin.
