Clancy is seeking a Community Liaison Officer to support the delivery of major electricity infrastructure projects, acting as the link between project teams and the people affected by our works. You’ll ensure information is clear, concerns are listened to, and issues are followed through properly to minimise disruption.

Formación

• Experience in community relations, stakeholder engagement, customer operations, public affairs, or communications, ideally within utilities, infrastructure, construction or another regulated environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop engagement plans for electricity projects and act as a key contact for residents, businesses, landowners, local authorities and other stakeholders.
• Provide clear updates on project scope, timescales, traffic management, access, construction activity and disruption.
• Plan and support consultation events, newsletters and local project updates.
• Respond to queries, concerns, objections and complaints, ensuring they are logged, investigated and closed.
• Build relationships with planning authorities, parish councils, elected members and environmental bodies.
