Ian Williams Ltd is recruiting a Resident Liaison Officer for the Capital (Planned Works/Refurbishment) Division in the North West, covering Greater Manchester and Lancashire. You will be the main contact for residents and coordinate with site teams to inform on progress, issues, and completion of works.

The role emphasises building strong relationships with residents, customers, and external organisations, with a focus on customer satisfaction and smooth operations on housing projects.

Formación

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and react quickly.
• IT skills including Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• A full UK driving licence is essential for the role.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for residents and liaise with site teams/contractors.
• Maintain electronic records and produce reports on customer satisfaction and progress.
• Proactively resolve problems and complaints related to the works, keeping all parties informed.
