Ian Williams Ltd is recruiting a Resident Liaison Officer for our Capital (Planned Works/Refurbishment) Division in the North West, covering Greater Manchester and Lancashire. You will be the main contact for residents and site teams, communicating about upcoming works, progress, and completion, supported by Contract Managers and a Business Manager.

You will maintain strong resident relationships, manage records and reports on customer satisfaction and progress, and proactively resolve concerns

Qualificações

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience as a Resident Liaison Officer/Tenant Liaison Officer or Social Value Officer is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and resolve issues.
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• A full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Be proactive in maintaining excellent relationships with residents via letters, visits, events, and calls to ensure satisfaction and smooth workflow.
• Maintain electronic records and produce/update progress reports on customer satisfaction and contract progress.
• Proactively resolve problems and complaints, consulting with all parties and bearing in mind contract deliverables.
