Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd invites a Resident Liaison Officer to join our Capital division in Cheltenham, supporting the delivery of refurbishment works on our residential contracts in Cheltenham and Stroud. You will be the first point of contact for residents and our site teams, coordinating communications about progress and completion.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or similar is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of Capital contract in residential properties.
• Be first point of contact for residents and site teams.
• Communicate upcoming renovation works and progress.
• Maintain electronic records and progress reports.
• Proactively resolve problems and complaints.
