Ian Williams Limited is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer to support our Capital (Planned Works/Refurbishment) division in Cheltenham, working with residents in Cheltenham and Stroud. You’ll be the first contact for residents and our on-site teams, communicating upcoming works and progress while maintaining strong community relationships.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and proactive issue resolution, backed by a team of Contract Managers and a Business

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Experience as a Resident Liaison Officer/Tenant Liaison Officer and/or Social Value Officer is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and respond quickly to issues.
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word and Outlook are required.
• A full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for residents and site teams/contractors.
• Communicate internally and externally about renovation works, progress and completion.
• Maintain electronic records and produce reports on customer satisfaction and progress.
• Proactively resolve problems and complaints related to the works with all parties.
