Job Opportunity: Community Marketing Manager

MKJ Ignite is excited to collaborate with a DTC Health & Wellness brand that is making a significant impact in the industry. The company offers a broad product range across several categories and has cultivated a vibrant community of ambassadors and followers, making this an exciting opportunity.

Role Overview:

We are looking to expand our Marketing team by hiring a Community Marketing Manager who will drive brand advocacy, awareness, and engagement through community-driven incentives. This role will also oversee two Community Executives.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Passion for Health & Nutrition and/or Health & Fitness.
• Strong experience in Community Marketing, preferably for a rapidly scaling challenger brand.
• Proven success in organizing and managing brand events.
• Experience managing brand ambassadors and content creators.
• Leadership experience managing a team.
• Experience with subscription-based businesses is a plus but not essential.

What We Offer:

• Basic salary ranging from £40k to £50k, depending on experience.
