Job summary

Ad Warrior Ltd in Salisbury is seeking a motivated Communities Manager to lead the operational delivery of our communities’ work, including people management, programme delivery, budgeting and facilities management at Bemerton Heath Centre.

You will collaborate with residents, staff and partner organisations to deliver Salisbury Community Strategy priorities, travel between sites as required, and ensure safeguarding and DBS clearances are in place.

Qualifications

• Highly organised and detail-oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong safeguarding awareness and ability to work with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational delivery of communities’ work, including people, programme, budget and facilities management.
• Collaborate with residents, the Communities’ team and partner organisations to deliver objectives in the Salisbury Community Strategy 2026-29.
• Travel between community sites and manage resources, ensuring DBS and safeguarding requirements are met.
