Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Social Housing Asset Management with major capital works delivery.
• Up-to-date Health & Safety knowledge and CDM regulations; CIH level 4+ desirable.
• Ability to engage communities and influence resident voice.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver major and minor capital investment programmes.
• Lead teams to ensure statutory compliance across the Big Six property safety areas (fire, gas, asbestos, water hygiene, electrical, lifts).
• Monitor contractor performance and manage robust procurement regimes.
• Engage stakeholders and resident forums to drive outcomes.
