Ad Warrior Ltd seeks a Communities Manager for Bemerton Heath Centre, Salisbury. You will lead operational delivery across people, programmes and budgets, and manage community facilities while working with residents and a range of partners to deliver priorities from the Salisbury Community Strategy 2026-29.

The role requires strong organisational, budgeting and communication skills, DBS clearance, and a willingness to travel between community sites with a vehicle.

• Manage operational delivery of communities' work including people, operations, programme and budget management.
• Collaborate with residents and partners to deliver Salisbury Community Strategy priorities.
• Coordinate community facilities and resources across sites.
• Arrange DBS clearance prior to appointment and ensure safeguarding requirements.
• Travel between community sites and transport equipment as required.
