Job summary

Palladian Academy Trust in Bath is seeking an ambitious Community Partnerships Manager to lead a cross-sector coalition aimed at reducing disadvantage across Bath and North East Somerset. The role focuses on building partnerships, securing funding and aligning resources to deliver lasting impact for children and young people.

You will cultivate relationships with schools, local authorities, charities and businesses, report on progress, and manage seed-funding processes.

Qualifications

• Experience building productive relationships across multiple organisations and sectors.
• Track record of influencing and driving progress without direct line management.
• Experience securing funding and managing relationships with funders.
• Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong judgement, diplomacy and emotional intelligence.
• Commitment to improving outcomes for disadvantaged children and young people.
• Ability to think strategically while delivering concrete results.
• Knowledge of the Bath and North East Somerset area and working with local authorities or public bodies advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a cross-sector coalition focused on reducing disadvantage.
• Act as principal link with Bath and North East Somerset Council.
• Develop relationships with schools, charities, local government, businesses and public sector partners.
• Manage transparent seed-funding processes and support investment allocation.
• Develop funding opportunities through trusts, foundations, corporate partnerships and grants.
• Coordinate collaborative projects and monitor progress against outcomes.
• Provide governance and accountability reporting.
• Champion a shared vision delivering lasting impact for children and young people.
