Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a proactive Community Hub Administrator role at the South Nottinghamshire Adult Community Hub. You will support service-users, healthcare professionals and partner agencies to access the right care at the right time, working both independently and as part of a team.

This dynamic position is perfect for a proactive individual who excels both independently and as part of a team.
The Hub operates from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with shift patterns within these times. This role includes occasional weekend hours to manage a small number of referrals received outside normal working hours. Weekend hours are shared within the team and occur no more than once per month.
