Vivify Venues is seeking a Community Host to ensure hirers have a safe, welcoming and hassle-free experience when visiting our school facilities. You will welcome hirers, access facilities, set up equipment and perform light cleaning and safety checks.

No prior experience required; full training provided. You’ll work varied shifts across UK sites, with staff benefits and opportunities to help local communities thrive.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Strong customer-focused communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to stay organized, proactive and solve problems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Welcome hirers and help them access facilities.
• Open and close school sites securely.
• Set up equipment and facilities for activities and events.
• Carry out basic health and safety checks.
• Report issues using our online platform.
