Vivify Venues is seeking a Community Host to ensure hirers have a safe, welcoming experience. You will support access to facilities, set up equipment, and perform safety checks across school sites. No prior experience is required as full training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training provided.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Welcome hirers and help them access facilities.
• Open and close school sites securely.
• Set up equipment and facilities for activities and events.
• Carry out basic health and safety checks.
• Report issues using our online platform.
• Complete light cleaning and tidying duties for the next school day.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout each shift.
