Job summary

Vivify Venues is seeking a proactive Community Host to deliver a world-class experience for school hirers, assisting with facility setup and event support. You will help with light cleaning, ensure premises are left in good order, and maintain site security at the end of shifts.

Full training is provided; the role requires prioritising safety, carrying out health and safety checks, and communicating effectively with schools and venues to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation.
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
• Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world class experience for hirers and assist with setting up facilities for events.
• Undertake light cleaning and ensure premises are left as found.
• Ensure security by locking/unlocking gates and doors at end of shift.
• Perform health and safety checks and report hazards using the company platform.
• Complete training to understand safeguarding, manual handling, fire safety, and customer service.
• Support the school, hirers and Vivify team with additional duties as needed.
