Job summary

Vivify Venues is hiring a Community Host to welcome hirers, access facilities and set up spaces for activities and events across school sites. You will perform health and safety checks and help ensure a smooth handover between bookings.

No prior experience is required as full training and ongoing support are provided. You will work shifts that vary day-to-day, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and a safe, welcoming environment for local communities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome hirers and help them access facilities.
• Open and close school sites securely.
• Set up equipment and facilities for activities and events.
• Carry out basic health and safety checks.
• Report any issues using our online platform.
• Complete light cleaning and tidying duties to ensure facilities are left ready for the next school day.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support throughout each shift.
