Vivify Venues in the United Kingdom is seeking a friendly Community Host to ensure our hirers have a safe, welcoming and hassle-free experience across every shift. You’ll welcome hirers, help them access facilities, set up equipment and carry out basic health and safety checks.

No prior experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support. The role offers varied shifts at schools and community venues, with staff uniform, employee recognition, counselling support and genuine

Qualifications

• Willingness to help with varying duties and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome hirers and help them access facilities.
• Open and close school sites securely.
• Set up equipment and facilities for activities and events.
• Carry out basic health and safety checks.
• Report issues using our online platform.
• Complete light cleaning and tidying duties to ensure facilities are left ready for the next school day.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout each shift.
