Job summary

Vivify Venues is seeking a Community Host to ensure a safe, welcoming experience for hirers across partner schools. You will welcome guests, help them access facilities, and set up equipment for activities and events, while maintaining site security and basic health and safety checks.

We provide full training and ongoing support, with flexible shifts and a role that suits someone who enjoys variety and helping people.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Able to work independently and take ownership.
• Strong customer service mindset with a friendly approach.
• Good communication with schools and community groups.
• Organised, proactive and able to solve problems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Welcome hirers and help them access facilities.
• Open and close school sites securely.
• Set up equipment and facilities for activities and events.
• Carry out basic health and safety checks.
• Report any issues using the online platform.
• Complete light cleaning and tidying duties for the next day.
