Job summary

Vivify Venues is looking for a Community Host to ensure hirers have a safe, welcoming and hassle-free visit. You will welcome hirers, help them access facilities, set up equipment and perform basic safety checks.

No two shifts are the same, with full training and ongoing support. You will engage with schools and community groups, solving problems quickly while delivering a great experience.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training and ongoing support provided.
• Strong focus on delivering a great customer experience.
• Ability to communicate confidently with schools, hirers and community groups.
• Organised, proactive and capable of solving problems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Welcome hirers and help them access facilities.
• Open and close school sites securely.
• Set up equipment and facilities for activities and events.
• Carry out basic health and safety checks.
• Report issues using our online platform.
• Complete light cleaning and tidying duties for next day use.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support throughout each shift.
