Job summary

Vivify Venues is looking for a Community Host to ensure hirers have a safe, welcoming and hassle-free experience on every visit. You will welcome hirers, access facilities, open/close sites securely and set up equipment for activities and events.

You will carry out basic health and safety checks, report issues online, perform light cleaning, and provide outstanding service throughout each shift. No previous experience is required—full training and ongoing support are provided as Vivify partners

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training provided.
• Strong customer focus and a can-do attitude.
• Good communication with schools, hirers and community groups.

Responsibilities

• Welcome hirers and help them access facilities.
• Open and close sites securely.
• Set up equipment and facilities for activities and events.
• Carry out basic health and safety checks.
• Report issues using our online platform.
• Complete light cleaning and tidying duties after activities.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout each shift.
