Job summary

Vivify Venues is seeking a Community Host to welcome hirers and ensure safe, hassle-free access to facilities. You will open and close sites securely, set up equipment for activities, carry out basic safety checks, and report issues on our platform.

No previous experience is required as full training and ongoing support are provided. We value friendly, customer-focused individuals who can work independently and help communities access spaces for play, learning and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training and ongoing support provided.
• Strong customer-focused approach and friendly demeanour.
• Comfortable communicating with schools, hirers and community groups.

Responsibilities

• Welcome hirers and help them access facilities.
• Open and close school sites securely.
• Set up equipment and facilities for activities and events.
• Carry out basic health and safety checks.
• Report issues using our online platform.
• Complete light cleaning and tidying to prep for the next school day.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support during each shift.
