Job summary

Vivify Venues is seeking a Community Host to ensure hirers have a safe, welcoming experience across school sites. You’ll greet users, help them access facilities, and assist with setup and basic safety tasks.

No prior experience is required as full training and ongoing support are provided. This is a role with variety, independence, and a chance to contribute to local communities through Vivify's network of spaces.

Qualifications

• No two shifts are the same, making this a great role for someone who enjoys variety and helping people.

Responsibilities

• Welcome hirers and help them access facilities.
• Open and close school sites securely.
• Set up equipment and facilities for activities and events.
• Carry out basic health and safety checks.
• Report any issues using our online platform.
• Complete light cleaning and tidying duties to ensure facilities are left ready for the next school day.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support throughout each shift.
