Job summary

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Project Support Officer to join its Culture, Leadership and Organisational Development Service. The role focuses on coordinating culture and leadership initiatives, providing admin support, and helping to monitor and report on programme progress across OUH’s sites.

The successful candidate will work with colleagues across the Trust to deliver engaging events, manage communications, and support data collection that demonstrates impact

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating culture/leadership programmes.
• Strong admin and data handling skills.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide administrative support for CL&ODS programmes.
• Organise meetings, workshops, training sessions, and engagement events.
• Support project planning by tracking actions, risks, decisions and progress updates.
• Manage inboxes, mailing lists, intranet content and communications campaigns.
• Produce reports, presentations and programme documentation.
• Support data collection and surveys to measure impact of work.
• Build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the Trust.
• Help deliver communications that promote learning, leadership and inclusion initiatives.
