Zusammenfassung

Severn Trent Plc is seeking a Community Fund Officer to join the Community Fund Team at our Coventry head office. The role focuses on managing applications, checking eligibility, and delivering outcomes for fund awardees.

You will engage with applicants and stakeholders to promote the fund and support the application journey. The position is based in Coventry, requires 37 hours per week (Mon–Fri with occasional outside hours), and starts at the beginning of 2027.

Qualifikationen

• Experience of administration, assessment and working within a process where accurate and evidence-based decisions are required.
• Promotion and communications experience.
• Stakeholder management experience, for internal and external stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Act as the first point of contact for Community Fund enquires from applicants, community organisations, colleagues and the media team, providing clear and consistent information to all stakeholders.
• Deliver a strategy to improve the Fund’s promotion and reach, promote our Fund across the East of the region through events and workshops.
• Support and advise applicants throughout their application journey.
• Coordinate customer panel meetings and prepare documentation, advising project information when required.
