Quartet Community Foundation is seeking a Grants Officer to join the Programmes team on a full-time, 35 hours per week, two-year fixed-term contract. Based at Royal Oak House in Bristol with hybrid working, the role supports grant-making across Bristol, Bath & North East Somerset, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.

You will review applications, provide recommendations, support panels, monitor outcomes and help drive learning and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in grant-making or voluntary and community sector is desirable.
• Excellent communication, organisational and report-writing skills.
• Ability to review information, apply criteria and provide evidence-based recommendations.

Aufgaben

• Assess grant applications and provide clear recommendations.
• Support decision-making panels and prepare papers for meetings.
• Monitor funded work and report on progress and outcomes.
• Lead on the delivery of grant programmes where agreed with the Head of Programmes.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and support timely grant payments.
• Feed insights into programme growth and impact.
