Job summary

Qualifications

• Essential: degree level in healthcare/governance or business management.
• Willingness to undertake further professional development.
• Desirable: qualification or training in clinical governance or quality improvement.
• Desirable: PSIRF knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance, patient safety, risk management and quality improvement expertise to Community Services.
• Coordinate, monitor and evaluate governance processes to support safe, effective and high-quality care.
• Advise managers and clinical teams on governance and safety, identify risks, investigate incidents and monitor compliance.
