You will drive governance, lead policy oversight, and partner with senior clinicians to deliver continuous improvement and learning from data. The role supports accreditation and strategic quality initiatives within the hospital.

Qualifications

• Registered clinician with degree/post-graduate level in a clinical discipline.
• Significant leadership experience in clinical governance and quality assurance.
• Experience delivering accreditation and governance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Champion the organisation's brand values and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead data quality, data analysis, reporting and escalation to guide quality learning and decision-making.
• Oversee governance processes, Clinical Policies and SOPs, and accreditation activities (e.g., ISO9001).
• Provide expert governance guidance to clinical leadership and staff.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure clinical effectiveness and patient safety.
