Job summary

Guy’s & St Thomas’ Foundation in London is recruiting a Community Fundraising Manager to lead a four-person team and deliver an established community fundraising programme. You will develop people, shape growth strategy and drive sustainable income growth through supporter-led activities.

The role reports to the Head of Community & Events and focuses on delivering strong supporter experience, collaboration, and performance across the programme.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management experience.
• Experience in community fundraising or supporter-facing fundraising.
• Ability to develop people, set direction and deliver results through others.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of four to create a high-performing, collaborative environment.
• Shape and deliver the future growth strategy for community fundraising.
• Oversee supporter acquisition, stewardship and retention to ensure an exceptional supporter experience.
• Use data, insight and market trends to inform decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
• Build internal and external relationships to maximise fundraising opportunities and collaboration.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and programme performance to ensure targets are achieved.
• Champion continuous improvement, innovation and best practice across the programme.
