Job summary

GBR Recruitment Limited is partnering with a leading UK Charity to recruit a Head of Fundraising. Based around Milton Keynes and surrounding areas, including Luton, the role leads the fundraising strategy, secures new income streams and builds advocacy among supporters.

We seek a senior fundraising professional with a proven track record in Corporate Fundraising, Partnerships, Individual Giving, Events, Digital campaigns and Grants & Trusts. You will lead the team and report to the SMT.

Qualifications

• Senior Fundraising Management / Fundraising Directorship in a UK Charity/NFP organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation and delivery of the Fundraising Strategy.
• Manage fundraising department performance and targets.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and new income streams.
• Develop and nurture Corporate Fundraising & Partnerships; expand Individual Giving, Events, Digital & Crowdfunding, Grants & Trusts, Major Giving & Legacies.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to raise profile and engagement.
