Guy's and St Thomas' Foundation seeks an ambitious Legacy Giving Manager to shape the future of legacy fundraising across the charity. You will develop a compelling legacy proposition, scale pipeline development, and create a sector-leading stewardship programme.

Qualificações

• Experience of working in legacy fundraising.
• Experience of managing and delivering a broad variety of marketing and retention activities from conception to completion, and of measuring and analysing results to ensure continuous improvement.
• Experience of managing a range of agencies and suppliers including digital, creative, media, data and print.
• Experience of building strong working relationships with stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Experience of developing and managing budgets to ensure projects meet departmental objectives and KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement an ambitious legacy giving strategy, including cross-channel campaigns and stewardship programmes.
• Increase responses to campaigns and produce detailed reports with results and recommendations.
• Recruit and retain donors and pledgers, and manage supporter journeys.
• Provide best-in-class stewardship to Legacy supporters.
• Collaborate with hospitals, healthcare providers and other teams to deliver campaigns.
• Manage budgets and ensure activities align with the department's KPIs.
• Coordinate with agencies and suppliers to deliver multi-channel fundraising initiatives.
• Analyse performance data to inform future campaigns and target setting.
