• Experience of housing management or similar customer-facing role.
• Knowledge of housing legislation, safeguarding, ASB and welfare reform.

Responsibilities

• Manage full tenancy lifecycle from sign-up to end of tenancy.
• Handle tenancy changes, mutual exchanges, and tenancy breach investigations.
• Support lettings and voids activity to minimise rent loss and turnaround times.
• Carry out estate inspections and address neighbourhood issues.
• Manage anti-social behaviour and complex cases.
• Identify vulnerability and safeguarding needs.
• Conduct fire risk assessments and monitor health and safety.
• Investigate complaints and drive service improvements.
• Work with local authorities and external agencies to support customers.
