Qualifications

• Experience in a care or support setting is desirable.
• Ability to follow a person-centred support plan and maintain accurate records.
• Willingness to cover sleep-in sessions with appropriate pay.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and encouragement according to the person-centred plan.
• Maintain accurate records in line with service requirements.
• Administer personal care and medication as required.
• Cover sleep-in sessions when needed.
