Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles, hospitality or serviced offices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with attention to detail.
• Confident, friendly and proactive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for members and guests.
• Deliver a warm, professional front-of-house experience.
• Manage reception, including visitor sign-in and access control.
• Build relationships with members and understand their needs.
• Handle member enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Support onboarding of new members and companies.
• Ensure meeting rooms and communal areas are well presented.
