Job summary

Methodist Homes (MHA) is seeking a Community Co-ordinator for Teesside Communities on a part-time basis (12-18 hours per week). A clean driving licence and access to a car are required, with experience in digital platforms beneficial.

The role coordinates activities to support older people and reduce isolation across local community settings. You will develop new activities based on community needs and work with various stakeholders to promote wellbeing and social inclusion within MHA

Qualifications

• Experience of coordinating and running community activities is desirable.
• Ability to travel around the Teesside district and work with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and run a programme of activities across Teesside to reduce loneliness and promote wellbeing.
• Develop new activities based on community feedback and liaise with local organisations as needed.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and maintain clear communication.
