Reed in Partnership is seeking an Engagement Officer to source sustainable partner referrals for the Connect to Work contract across Derbyshire. The role emphasizes business development, stakeholder engagement and regional events to promote services.

The ideal candidate will have sales and account management experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, a willingness to travel locally, and a valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing sustainable stakeholder organisations (partners) for referral opportunities to the Connect to Work contract across Derbyshire.
• Identifies opportunities and converts effectively, explaining and selling in the benefits of the programme to partners and potential participants.
• Attends events across the region to promote brand exposure and Reed in Partnership services to stakeholders.
• Educates operations teams about referral volumes and types from key partners.
• Ensures referrals information is communicated promptly to the operations teams and all referrals are tracked.
• Collates contractual paperwork within agreed timescales and provides feedback to operations teams.
