Qualifications
- Coaching/mentoring experience or activities.
- Persuasion/influencing skills demonstrated by previous work or social activities.
- Experience in a customer-facing environment (customer services, hospitality, social care, sales).
- Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Taking ownership of a caseload of jobseekers, identifying barriers and creating tailored action plans.
- Delivering personalised, one-to-one guidance including CV writing, interview prep and skills development.
- Meeting and exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
- Collaborating with participants to build confidence and attract job opportunities.
- Signposting participants to stakeholders to address barriers such as health, housing or finances.
