Reed in Partnership in the East Midlands is seeking a Business Development Executive to build relationships with employers, win new clients and create opportunities for participants on the Connect 2 Work Scheme. You’ll be actively involved in engaging with diverse stakeholders to deliver tangible outcomes.
You will meet targets, plan events such as jobs fairs and employer days, and provide post-placement support and account management.

£31,000 to £35,000
Full-time, although we would be happy to consider applicants who are looking to work on a part-time basis. The Business Development Executive role is responsible for creating and identifying new business opportunities within the local area by developing strong working relationships with employers and bringing on board new employment opportunities for our participants on the Connect 2 Work Scheme. The role requires you to work with a wide range of stakeholders, both internal & external, who will all have differing priorities. As the Business Development Executive role, you’ll be required to work alongside them to achieve the common goal.
