Job summary

Reed in Partnership in the East Midlands is seeking a Business Development Executive to build relationships with employers, win new clients and create opportunities for participants on the Connect 2 Work Scheme. You’ll be actively involved in engaging with diverse stakeholders to deliver tangible outcomes.

You will meet targets, plan events such as jobs fairs and employer days, and provide post-placement support and account management.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales environment or business development roles.
• Proven track record of meeting targets.
• Willingness to travel locally and understand local labour market.
