Job summary

Thirteen Group is building a talent pool for Fixed Term Employability Caseworkers to join our Employability team across the Tees Valley.

The 12‑month fixed term role is roam-based, with most time spent in the community; you will support participants with CVs, job applications, searches, and interview coaching.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting people into employment, education and training.
• Ability to manage a caseload of customers.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills for people entering work.
• Understanding of local and national context around economic inclusion is preferred.
• Bringing passion for delivering positive outcomes and helping people prosper.

Responsibilities

• Support people into employment through CVs, applications, job searches and interview coaching.
• Provide high-quality service with focus on positive outcomes and celebrations of success.
• Coordinate with Employability team to identify volunteering and training opportunities.
• Generate referrals into the service.
• Address barriers with flexible approaches, including 1:1 and group work.
• Travel within the Tees Valley area as required by business needs.
