Job summary

Middlesbrough Council is seeking an Employability Officer within our Community Learning Service to provide tailored employability support to residents of Middlesbrough through programmes such as Work Well, Connect to Work and Youth Trailblazer.

The role will deliver impartial careers guidance, information and advice within the Employment Hub, helping individuals access, sustain and progress in employment, training or education.

Qualifications

• CEIAG delivered within the Employment Hub.
• Tailored employability support to residents in Middlesbrough.

Responsibilities

• Provide impartial CEIAG and guidance to residents to access and progress in work, training or education.
• Collaborate with employers, providers and stakeholders to remove barriers and support progression.
