Job summary

Fedcap Group is recruiting an Employability Tutor/Trainer. Based across Blackburn, Burnley, and Accrington, you'll deliver high-impact training to help jobseekers develop CV writing, digital skills, interview prep and career planning.

You'll run group workshops and 1:1 sessions, use adult learning approaches, assess progress, and adapt delivery for varied learners. The role offers a supportive environment with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training to adult learners in employability or community settings.
• Desirable training qualifications (PTLLS, CELTA, ESOL or Level 3 Award) but not essential.
• Ability to apply adult learning theory in practical training delivery.
• Experience with digital learning platforms and blended learning is a plus.
