Job summary

Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting District Nurses to join our District Nursing Teams across Liverpool Place. This fixed term contract lasts 12 months and offers opportunities to deliver high-quality nursing care in patients' homes and community settings.

You will work as part of a community health team, provide skilled nursing care and advice, follow policy and procedures, and contribute to patient-centred planning while collaborating with GPs, families, and carers.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be a registered nurse (adult)
• Experience in community/district nursing desirable
• Ability to work collaboratively in a community health team

• Contribute to delivery of policies and procedures and provide clinical leadership
