Job summary

Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a compassionate Community Registered Nurse to join the Castlepoint District Nursing Team. You will screen referrals and provide planned and unplanned care in the community, liaising with GPs and the wider MDT; a full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential.

Shifts run 8am–9pm seven days a week, with opportunities for flexible working and ongoing professional development as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be a first level registered nurse with current NMC registration.
• Excellent communication and IT skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Screen referrals and provide planned and unplanned care to patients in the community.
• Coordinate with GPs and MDT members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Deliver care across 8am–9pm, seven days a week, including Bank holidays.
