Job summary

Sense is seeking a Community Companion in Bridgend to support individuals with complex disabilities across the county. You will help maintain independence, accompany clients to social activities, and assist with everyday tasks, ensuring a friendly, respectful environment.

Hours are 9:30am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday, 16 hours weekly, on-site. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
• Flexible hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30am–4.30pm, 16 hours per week.
• No personal care or medication support required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with getting out and about, from social groups to coffee meetups.
• Help clients stay connected through appointments, post and calls.
• Build confidence and independence in daily life and activities.
